Service Description
CANCELLATIONS. We ask that you notify us at 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no show. DEPOSIT. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. This allows us to cover our time in the event you cancel your appointment we can however reschedule your appointment. We cannot guarantee your booking without this deposit. DEPOSITS GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE. NO SHOW POLICY. Please be courteous and cancel if you change your mind. DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT or there will be a $25 no show fee charged on your next visit in order to compensate your stylist for the lost revenue. SaIsh Hair Braiding and Fashion understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of $25. Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. PLEASE NOTE: Prices above are baseline starting points. Final cost may vary depending on: • Hair length (shoulder, mid-back, waist, etc.) • Hair thickness • Extensions or premium hair type provided • Custom designs, beads, accessories, or color mix

If you reschedule or cancel for a non-COVID-related reason, you will be required to make another deposit. Your Appointment Will Be Canceled if you are more than 20-30 minutes late. Should SaIsh Hair Braiding and Fashion need to cancel a client's appointment due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events, with less than 24 hours' notice, we will do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. Here at SaIsh Hair Braiding and Fashion, we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment. HAIR IS INCLUDED FOR MOST SERVICES. The Time Frame for the SERVICE Is Only An Estimate.
